what bliss it is to listen restfully & quietly to the voice of our Shepherd. (:

during one of our prayer sessions at Southern Cross, gareth told us to quieten down our hearts, observe our surroundings & wait for God to speak to us and place things to pray about in our hearts.

it then hit upon me how important it is for us to take a break from our hectic schedule & just listen from our hearts what God wants to tell us. just like how Mary Magdalene sat by the feet of Jesus & listened intently to His precious words.

i learned. i rested. i listened. & i really thank God for speaking to me. through sermons, through prayers, through people. (:

last but not least, thank God for the influx of msges of encouragement & concern from church friends tonight! so touched & empowered!
