caught 2012 with a few of the class girls yesterday, and boy was it heart-gripping to the max.
i was practically at the edge of my seat for the entire show. trixieee kept going "oh no.." in an undertone whenever a disaster was going to hit, and i kept making random exclamations, the people in front of me probably thought i was some noob.
the film was like a cross between war of the worlds & the day after tomorrow. except that the visual effects were much much better. which means they were more realistic. which means you have to be prepared to endure frequent bouts of near heart attacks, even though the plot was pretty predictable. but i guess many watched it for the effects, rather than the plot.
it was really ironic how i was more nervous during the course of the 2.5hr film than doing my 2hr graphic design history paper. was telling subing that we should've watched a happier film after our paper.
2.5 hours of non-stop hits!
not good for the heart. hahaha.
lol Me too, I was so scared that the chars will die. It sure was a roller coaster ride, got so exhausted after the movie..
